My wife and I were quite pleased with the process from to start to the finish. Communication is the key to most successful outcomes. Over the years my wife and I have had a few realators that did not always respond to messages of concern, or simple questions we had. Although everyone cannot always respond immediately to text messages they receive, it is important to get back with clients usually within a 24-hour window. Not responding to clients consistently starts to erode that solid foundation that is absolutely essential to maintaining close ties with clients. Chris was a wonderful Agent. He really worked hard to get our house sold. We went through one disappointment thinking we had it sold. But, due to reasons not under either one of our control it didn't go through.
